One Million Stories
One Million Stories is a ground-breaking media brand that creates and markets content, products and pro-social programs from the single principal that each of us has a story, a defining moment, a narrative that illuminates who we are. It considers that we each tell our own story, the subtle and seismic voice of each person’s narrative illuminates not just what makes us different…but what makes us the same.
This turn-key program will produce diverse, multi-cultural and multi-themed content from DVDs, in-school curriculum, user-generated web-sites and more. All celebrating inspiring stories of Hispanics, African-Americans, Faith, Patriotism and more.
It is our belief that the power and message in this multi-faceted brand will enable people of all means and circumstances to have a podium. It will invite and encourage inner-city school children, college students, corporate citizens, elected officials and more to tell their own stories. It will enable the disenfranchised and enlighten those with narrower views. As we collect one million stories each story will become a passage…a page in the tale of our nation. The Black List
The Black List is the pilot program from One Million Stories. It is an inspired brand of media products that celebrates the power of storytelling. Employing a host of media vehicles including film, music, in-school curriculum and portraiture, The Black List will present the stories of 25 of the most influential and inspiring African-Americans of our time. Going beyond the sound-bites and practiced prose of the press, these authentic accounts furnish us with a viewfinder of the American story. It promotes diversity, tolerance and accomplishment. It will provide unique exposure and context for its participants and deliver corporations the alchemy to transmute well-intentioned mission statements into inspired advocacy.
Iconos
Following the example of The Black List, Iconos will capture the voices, images and stories of 25 of the most inspiring and influential Hispanic Americans. Iconos features compelling dialogues with Christina Aguilera, Chang-Diaz, Bill Richardson, Gloria Estefan, Alex Rodriguez, Jose Gomez, Robert Rodriguez, Jorge Ramos, Alisa Valdez-Rodriguez and more.

2Honor is the multi-media brand featuring a DVD, book and a fully integrated website designed to be the MySpace or Facebook of those soldiers and veterans who have honored us with their service. In partnership with various Veterans’ associations, this program’s intent is to give soldiers, past and present, a voice and a community. In addition, it will enable consumers of all ages to gain a richer appreciation and pay tribute to those who have answered our nation’s highest calling.
